I'm a father, a designer, and a thinker. Those three things are not separate. Being a dad on the Isle of Wight shapes what I choose to work on and how I choose to work. I care about durability over novelty, systems over spectacle, and doing fewer things properly.

Ellen MacArthur Foundation
After heading design and digital capabilities for the world's leading circular economy organisation, leading AI implementation and strategic technology initiatives. Built internal AI capabilities: custom LLM/RAG pipelines, AI assistants, workflow automation, and no-code systems. Driving organisation-wide AI adoption and ways of working. Training and upskilling the organisation in AI and technology.

Fjord / Accenture Interactive
Istanbul Studio: Oversaw creative direction and growth of the team to 25 designers. Madrid Studio: Part of leadership team, leading Digital Product Creation. Worked on digital products for banking, insurance, and retail clients. Designed for nearly every major bank in Turkey. Delivered Garanti BBVA's mobile banking app, recognised by Forrester as the best finance app three years running. Managed client portfolios across Turkey, Spain, Portugal, UK, Middle East, and Latin America.
Touching real products
Arcelik / Beko
Led UX transformation for Europe's second-largest white goods manufacturer. Designed interfaces for smart TVs, smart appliances, and connected home products. Won Red Dot, Good Design awards. Secured 5 international UI patents.
Entrepreneur and idealistic designer
Spacesheep Design Studio
Founded and ran a design consultancy serving banking, insurance, and retail clients. Built experimental digital experiences for Turkey's leading financial institutions.
Finding my niche
Garanti Bank & Early Career
Early career as a UI Designer including time at Turkey's leading private bank. Built foundation in user-centred design and digital product development. Trained myself in front-end development to influence technical decisions.
